The Camel is a solo project by the Saudi Arabian artist Mohd Al-Hajjaj (guitarist, vocalist and song-writer) the former of the band Sound of Ruby. This is the first solo project as a concept album titled 'Friends' Dreams'. The album has a stories contributed by Al-Hajjaj and his friend's dreams, they have been formed into a musical pieces, and made into a songs that tell each dream story. The album is divided into 3 main parts, Sad Dreams, Strange Dreams and Nightmares; every part contains 4 songs. The music work has included guest musicians from Saudi Arabia.

After 14 years of being a part of the Saudi Arabian rock scene in the band Sound of Ruby, and after releasing 8 full-length albums, Al-Hajjaj had the idea of making this solo album with all the valuable musical contributions from Saudi Arabian artists. AlHajjaj is a part of other music acts like Al-Hajjaj Brothers and C.S.N.
